This convenient service is available to our members FREE of charge. There is no limit to how many vendors you can pay each month. With the cost of postage going up every year, you'll save money on stamps alone.
How does Electronic Bill Payment work?
SRFCU processes the payments you make through Electronic Bill Payer in two ways. How your payments are processed depends on how your creditors are set up to receive payment.
Electronic Funds Transfer is a direct computer link to your creditors. They will receive all the information they need to process your payment, including your name and account number. This transfer takes about two (2) business days to reach its destination.
Payment By Check is the second option with Electronic Bill Payment. Spartanburg Regional FCU issues a check in your name to the payee you have designated. These checks are sent through the U.S. mail and they include all of your information name, address and account number. Please allow ten days for a payment of this type to reach its destination.
Funds will be deducted from your account on the date the payment is scheduled with both Electronic Funds Transfer and Payment By Check.
